I sold 2/3 position after Mickelson started talking about OST shouldve sold it all then. Sold the last 3rd immediately after anderle hearing and never looked back. It's just as important to know when to cut lasers as it is to hold your winners.

I definitely put in a lot of time and effort, and I should have just realized that California might as well be an African dictatorship as far as rule of law. None of that mattered when it came down to the legal situation. Hindsight is 20/20, so with that perspective it was a waste of time.

Great job exiting this thing when you did. Do you think there is any value of buying a lotto ticket on a potential takings claim?
Better to wait until sable is trading around a dollar and about to file bankruptcy to make a play on that?
I'm not going to touch it again and I wouldn't bank on a takings claim. There are just better things to focus on in the market.
