The other aspect to this demog issue is the Excess Mortality rates which have been demonstrated by several authors following the CJ@b rollouts. These have shown several Standard Deviation increases over earlier (pre 2020) years for some western countries. Ed Dowd has done some serious work on this data and it's most alarming. There’s more to the birth rate, like widespread contraception which for centuries was deemed immoral. The move to cities from farms, and so on.
